DHCP options for Mitel 5330 IP Phones

Notes for adding DHCP options to a DHCP scope on a Fortinet firewall.   You have to convert the IP’s to hex. Here is the setup for our SMF data center.

128 Mitel TFTP   172.18.5.173

129 Mitel RTC     172.18.5.173

130 Mitel IP Phone ID
